Welcome to your peaceful Colorado mountain retreat. This newly renovated (2023) 2BR/2BA guesthouse offers privacy, panoramic views, and thoughtful amenities on a quiet, gated 3-acre lot.

You’ll have exclusive access to the lower level of a two-unit home. The unit is fully sound-insulated and has its own entrance, deck, yard, and driveway. Approximately 1,000 square feet of private guest space.

Nos sentimos muy agusto en el airbnb solo que no es alojamiento entero, ya que en la parte de arriba podría también haber huéspedes.<br/>Los camas son muy duras y dormir no fue la mejor experiencia.<br/>Por el precio y la ubicación creo que sí vale la pena. Adilene

It was a pleasure staying at this place, it was very clean and the location was amazing. Only thing I’d say about the listing is that we did hope it specified that it was a guest house in the lower level while the top level is in use. We were able to hear footsteps and sometimes even conversations. Although we were a bit upset at the situation we still had a good time and the place was beautiful. We enjoyed spending the week at Airyn's place!! Stunning views. So relaxing and peaceful! I loved being so secluded. We loved the fireplace and dining area. Our children enjoyed playing in the nook!<br/>Airyn was a great host. Super responsive. <br/>Would love to visit again! Cortney

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful & the host was very helpful. The only issue we had was with the mattresses, which completely could be personal. They are memory foam & don’t have a lot of cushion when you lay down. Other than that, everything was perfect!!
