What a fantastic weekend in Austin! This spot is right in the heart of the sixth Street area, very walkable to all the major attraction points in that area. We felt very safe, the home was immaculate and beds are very comfortable. It easily slept five of us. We had no problem finding great spots for breakfast lunch dinner, and evening activities within a mile from the house. Highly recommend this spot , and our hosts were so accommodating and very responsive.

All i can say is WOW! The home and location are truly breathtaking. Coming from Texas, we were just in awe from the drive up and of course seeing this beautiful home and view. We really enjoyed ourselves. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy & peaceful getaway this is exactly what you’re looking for. I would also recommend stopping at Safeway in Idaho springs and cooking at home just because the drive up and down the mountain can be a little tiring, it’s about 25 mins up/down. Overall, we had the best time. Cannot recommend this home enough.

A hidden gem in East Austin right off of 2nd street. The home was beautiful and felt very private. Not only was there an outdoor jacuzzi but it was walking distance to a bunch of different coffee shops, eateries and more. Street parking right in front and everything was so clean. Definitely recommend!

New Beautiful Studio Apartment in the cozy neighborhood of Georgetown. We had a last minute family gathering and it was a great choice instead of a hotel. We booked late a night and we were able to check in without a problem. The host was available when we needed them and very friendly!

Great place to anchor down while visiting the Georgetown area. Far enough from traffic to avoid any constant noise while also being a short drive to downtown and other attractions. Lots of board games and books to keep the family entertained, full kitchen with supplies for any cooking needs, and comfortable beds to sleep at night. Our family of three felt enjoyed the entire stay and would book again if ever in the area.

The Rossi's - Teri, Carol, Ken and Kodi the dog October 5th-10th, 2026 We had an amazing stay in Pagosa Springs! Thank you, Airyn and Jared, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home was well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite. The top balcony was breathtaking for viewing the stars and ballons - only wish it had a couple of chairs to sit on. We saw deer daily out the back door. loved walking the dog around the quiet neighborhood and down to the lake. Had a great family trip enjoying the fall leaves. The grocery store and restaurants are all very close. Communication with the host was excellent. We'll be back!

The property was very clean and beautifully furnished !We rented it for a bridal bachelorette.  We were able to easily walk to everywhere in the Georgetown square.  The beds were very comfortable!We had some difficulty with the payment program but the hosts were very responsive and able to get the matter addressed before we checked in.I would stay here again!!!

We have stayed in several places in Georgetown, TX and this by far has been our favorite. We had family over a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom and closet are phenomenal!! We enjoyed the backyard area and so did Lily our dog.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Every was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I appreciate how peaceful the area was. Loved that they had great blackout curtains, but I wish they were on the doors too. Very bright in the am! Can't wait to visit again. We also had a resident fox we named Jack. No aggression and he came right up to us in the hot tub and when we were out front. Obviously used to people. (We didn't let him TOO close!) Gorgeous!

Being on the water right from the back door was the highlight of our stay! While secluded, Idaho Springs is a quick 20 minute drive full of restaurants and shops. Amazing outdoor activities...a block from the San Gabriel River trail leading to San Gabriel Park, Blue Hole, and Lake Georgetown. When you're not out, full kitchen, backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and space for working remotely. Whether work or play, this cozy & modern retreat is the perfect home base.

The space
We thoughtfully designed the space  to deliver everything you need for a clean & comfortable 5-Star-Stay! The king and queen bedrooms each have a TV, dresser, and seating. A full bathroom is stocked with essentials. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and dining setup. Relax in the living room with a cozy couch and TV. A washer/dryer and dedicated workspace add extra convenience. Perfect for work or leisure...your home away from home!

Our 3rd time staying here but first time in unit B. All stays have been excellent and will most likely use this spot as our go to when visiting Georgetown. Location is great and place is clean and comfortable.

Host was inattentive and never responded or resolved the issue with the internet connection, we were left with no television or WiFi for us to connect for our work. We had to pack and move to a hotel at an additional expense. We will never stay with this host again. 10/10, do not recommend.
