Guest access
Guests enjoy private access via smart lock entry. The studio is fully separate from the main house and designed to maximize privacy. There is also a backup lockbox in case the keypad fails

PARKING
****Please review the parking picture in the listing. We've had people park in front of the main house and the free parking space is in the alley behind the house. (NEXT to the garage...
****DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE). The space accommodates a mid-sized SUV.
****Anything larger will need to park on 10th st which is half a block away as they city will tow if a vehicle is parked in/on the alley way.
*We have installed a quiet drive garage door opener, put dampeners in, and added extra insulation to make the garage door as quiet as possible when opening or closing. It's been great so far but you can vaguely hear it. We try our best to operate it no earlier than 7AM and no later than 10PM. So far we've had 1 complaint in 2 years, but still want to make you aware :) View More

Had a wonderful time with beautiful and clean lodging We had a last-minute getaway to Georgetown and found this jewel the day before our trip. The description was perfect. Location was awesome and price was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and excellent service provided by our host! We will definitely go back! Jennifer

The room itself was very nice. Clean except dust in a few places here and there. I really wish the description would’ve let us know that there was no dishwasher, cooktop or oven.<br/>The bed was very nice!<br/>Slight problem with the refrigerator and we had water on all the shelves. We had a Beef rib that we had bought at Louis Mueller to bring home to our son and it was $65 and got completely ruined with water.<br/>I did contact her about this and she knew. And no way was I offered any compensation for this.<br/>Airyn did offer to send somebody the day before when we told her it had happened but at that point it did not matter with us leaving the next day.<br/>The studio was very nice and perfect, but I thought it was much closer to the town Square than it actually was. It was several blocks away.<br/>I also thought the coffee shop was just downstairs around the corner and it was about seven blocks away.<br/>You cannot close the laundry room door because the washer and dryer are too big. Really nice stay. Amenities were top notch. Bed was so comfy. Location was outstanding. Hostess was responsive and flexible.
