We enjoyed our stay. The house is a beach bungalow that grew like Topsy over the years. It was remodeled in 2024 with exacting attention to detail. For example, every light switch is marked with the lights it controls, a welcome feature in a strange house. The finishes and the fixtures are very good quality. The king bed was very comfortable. Since it is an old house with several additions, the floor plan is eclectic and the rooms are small but adequate. There is no view but the beach is only a block away. The home is heated by heat pump, which warmed up quickly. We did not take advantage of the hot tub or the sauna, but it's nice to have such features. There are two big screen tv's and good WiFi. The neighborhood is quiet. We had the beach largely to ourselves. The only caution we have is that the floor level steps down in a couple of places, which can be a tripping hazard. We got used to it after a day, but be careful, especially at night. Airyn was easy to get ahold of, quick to respond and very attentive. <br/>The house had everything we needed, we had a wonderful stay! I stayed here to make dinner with my friends for my birthday. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and spices. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of space to cook, eat, and sleep comfortably. The house was pristine and homey. The downstairs space was cold but there were space heaters and extra blankets everywhere. We spent most our time enjoying the living room couch, hot tub, and fireplace. Very relaxing. This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully kept. The location was perfect, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and overall a great experience.
