Comfortable accommodations in a great location to enjoy the town of Winter Park.

We stayed at Billy's place for two nights to attend an event in Winter Park. The condo was easy to find, directions were clear and easy to follow, and it was exactly as described. It was a quiet weekend, so the complex was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio and also loved how easy it was to walk to the main strip to enjoy coffee and a beer. It was a quick and easy drive to the Ski Mountain for our event as well as a quick drive to a nice hike on Sunday morning for me and the dog. The event we were attending was an accessible mountain event, and the condo was easily accessible for my husband, and the perfect place to stay with limited mobility. The elevator was close and quick, for two of us the size was perfect and while not large felt spacious and easy to get around. We appreciated Billy and Airyn's quick communication and will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great unit in a great location. Would definitely stay again. We also enjoyed meeting other nice people who own or rent in the same building. We used the large hot tub and chatted with some of the same people there each day.

Such a nice place to stay! The hot tub was nice in the evening. Quite complex (we stayed here in the summer time). Walked to town one evening which was nice !
