Great little Airbnb!! Just right for my daughter and I. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Very pretty bathroom with heated floors and big shower. I had a great getaway to Winter Park. Matthew’s place is wonderful. The place of clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, great living space with lots of light, super comfy bed and luxurious linens. Very walkable, just a block from hideaway park. After working away in the living room, I took a walk to grab coffee. So close to everything but is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle. I felt right at home and will definitely come back.

We stayed at the cabin for one night and absolutely loved it. It was clean, homey, accessible, and the lake and mountain views are beautiful. We booked in late January, and unfortunately were met with some severe winds and not optimal conditions for our crew. But with the right group/occasion in the winter, it would be awesome! Perfect spot to stay for a ski trip or weekend in. Otherwise, I can’t imagine how beautiful and relaxing the place would be in the warmer months. We would love to go back for a longer stay and really get to experience the house and all it has to offer again.

Cute historic home that was beautifully appointed. The home was spacious and quaint and had everything we needed for our mother + daughter weekend. Georgetown is a great town and Airyn was very helpful with suggestions for dining and things to do. The beds were great...I haven't slept that well in years. We were there during a very cold spell and did not use the firepit, although it would have been fun to sit around the firepit. I highly recommend Airyn's home and we will definitely check for availability if we are ever in Georgetown again.

Zach and his co-host were very responsive, and they even checked in with me during an ice storm to make sure all was well.  The house is well-appointed with extra touches, such as coffee pods and dishwashing soap, making the stay warm and welcoming.  The back yard is a nice touch and perfect for gatherings in warm weather.

Beautiful, clean, scenic!  They had everything you could need or want and so cozy!   So lucky to have found The Fox Den and will always remember it!  Looking at coming back in the fall.  Super flexible on check in and we highly recommend.  FYI we saw some FOXES, deer and squirrels.

We had a great time at Cody's place. The space was perfect, including the amazing pool/hot tub and spacious living room for gathering. The beds were very comfortable, and we were supplied with ample linens/towels for our stay. Cody was attentive to our requests and made sure to stay in touch during the crazy winter weather we encountered. Would recommend!

Had a lovely stay on this gorgeous property!  The views are fantastic.  The house was great.  Perfect for a couple.  The setting is what makes this a must-stay.  Surrounded by woods and mountains, with a on-property trail...I would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing weekend at this place, it was everything we needed for a bachelor party. Large public spaces for the group to hang out with plenty of activities. The pool tables flexes as a ping pong table. Large kitchen table worked well for both group meals but also late night poker. The fireplace added another level of coziness. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was even better. The place is an absolute compound, you'll never run out of rooms or bathrooms. It is extremely private and you never have to worry about neighbors. But I have to say the best thing about this place was the hosts, there will always be things that don't go as planned and what really removes any anxiety is to have a responsive host that can help you resolve items quickly. Airyn and Stasseny are absolute stars, probably some of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the fortune of dealing with on this platform.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for a ski trip, and the garage access was a huge plus—only about a 15-minute drive to the Mary Jane ski lots. We walked to dinner nearby and loved relaxing in the hot tub with the kids after skiing. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable long ski weekend.

I stayed here to make dinner with my friends for my birthday. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and spices. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of space to cook, eat, and sleep comfortably. The house was pristine and homey. The downstairs space was cold but there were space heaters and extra blankets everywhere. We spent most our time enjoying the living room couch, hot tub, and fireplace. Very relaxing. Great place for family. I can’t wait to come back. It was well worth it.

The house was lovely. A lot more kitchen amenities (air fryer, 4 slices toaster, waffle maker) than most places, which is greatly appreciated with family and kids. Only issue was the water pressure upstairs. Other than that, beautiful home! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Stayed to remote work.  Helpful that I could walk to downtown Georgetown if I wanted to.  This is an apartment located above a garage, and has some parking available.  I think it is a nice size for one person.

Take it easy at The Wilbarger Villa in one of Georgetown's oldest neighborhoods! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets overlooking Southwestern University and Downtown Georgetown! Enjoy the comforts of a clean country escape while being just a mile from the Historic Georgetown Square. Fully stocked Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker & pods, high-end comfy sheets and bed, washer & dryer, and plenty of lounging space. We can't wait to host you! The space
The living, kitchen and dining rooms are very open and flow nicely to the back deck.  Bedrooms are both good sizes. Bedroom 1 has 1 king and features an ensuite full bath and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen, closet, and is a short walk down the hall to the 2nd full bathroom and washer and dryer closet. There is an air mattress (Queen) as well. The backyard has a fence separating it from the properties to the right and left.  You may see a guest at one of the neighboring units from time to time, but it's generally very private.

Guest access
The entire house is accessible, there's a lockbox by the front door.

Other things to note
One of the oldest "neighborhoods" in Georgetown. The road is a little bumpy right now as they're planning to re-pave it.  This property has 3 houses on it but all are very private and separate.  This property is in the middle and has the best sunsets!
