We had an amazing weekend at this place, it was everything we needed for a bachelor party. Large public spaces for the group to hang out with plenty of activities. The pool tables flexes as a ping pong table. Large kitchen table worked well for both group meals but also late night poker. The fireplace added another level of coziness. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was even better. The place is an absolute compound, you'll never run out of rooms or bathrooms. It is extremely private and you never have to worry about neighbors. But I have to say the best thing about this place was the hosts, there will always be things that don't go as planned and what really removes any anxiety is to have a responsive host that can help you resolve items quickly. Airyn and Stasseny are absolute stars, probably some of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the fortune of dealing with on this platform.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for a ski trip, and the garage access was a huge plus—only about a 15-minute drive to the Mary Jane ski lots. We walked to dinner nearby and loved relaxing in the hot tub with the kids after skiing. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable long ski weekend.

I stayed here to make dinner with my friends for my birthday. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and spices. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of space to cook, eat, and sleep comfortably. The house was pristine and homey. The downstairs space was cold but there were space heaters and extra blankets everywhere. We spent most our time enjoying the living room couch, hot tub, and fireplace. Very relaxing. Great place for family. I can’t wait to come back. It was well worth it.

The house was lovely. A lot more kitchen amenities (air fryer, 4 slices toaster, waffle maker) than most places, which is greatly appreciated with family and kids. Only issue was the water pressure upstairs. Other than that, beautiful home! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

This is a wonderful place to stay! We are frequent visitors to Cannon Beach and Arch Cape area and we loved this. It's on the ocean side of the highway, super close to the beach. The house is old, quirky and has character - all in a good way! Lots of space and conveniences. Very clean despite being old, no musty smell. it feels like you're visiting grandma. The hot tub is amazing, especially with a warm shower to rinse off right there. The lights come on in the evening, they are on a timer. We would totally be back, though it is on the pricey side.

This was the perfect base for our ski vacation! Everything was very comfortable, clean, and well organized. The condo was cozy and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. We could walk to restaurants and were not far from the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of my favorite stays in over 10 years of using Airbnb. The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had everything we could need. The hot tub was the highlight for us. It was clean and a perfect temp and the stargazing is unreal. The views are stunning from every window (including some fox and baby mule deer). The acre lot feels very private. We can’t wait to come back! Billy was great and quick to communicate. We got a little snow last night and he checked in this morning asking if we needed any snow removal. Excellent experience all around from booking until checkout.

This stay was a nice getaway with some girl friends. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal for us, as it was insanely windy and uncomfortable to be outside, but that's no fault of the hosts. The house is a bit smaller than the photos make it look, but it didn't feel too small. The beds were comfy, and the location really is great with such pretty views. Would love to go back in the summer and enjoy the additional amenities the house has to offer. Had some issues with the host not seeing some of our questions/being late to respond, but hoping that's not a recurring issue. Overall, would recommend!

Pure 5-star stay for our Texas Tech reunion weekend. The house is a gem, located in the best neighborhood to stay if you’re attending any Tech events. The house was very clean and spacious for our group, had a great yard, and plenty of parking available. Will definitely try to stay here next time we visit!

The size of the home was good, but the house was dirty. Walking into the home the porch was filled with seeds from the palm trees and outdoor chairs were molded. The house was hot and smelled musty, there was trash under the entertainment center, the floors were dirty and dining chairs appeared to have rodent droppings. The dining room light flickered off and on, remotes had corroded batteries, we had to replace them with ones less corroded from another remote. The bottom bedroom switches only worked for the lights not fan. The bottom shower handle was broken, the restrooms had left over shampoo and soap. The bottom shower leaked through the walls into the hall, kitchen faucet would turn off every 5 seconds. And the refrigerator was dirty. Upstairs was so hot we had to purchase a fan, screws were missing on the bunk beds ladder. The towel racks were broken apart on a shelf, trash was in the trash can. Tub would clog.The top floor had a rusted nail sticking out that I myself stepped on
