We played golf, ate well, explored all of Austin, but mostly enjoyed hanging out at the house where we felt right at home. Such great design and decor. Modern, fresh, and tasteful. From the very moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly and effortlessly. The house itself is an absolute gem—cozy and beautifully decorated, with a warm ambiance that instantly made us feel at home. The beds and pillows, were clean and comfortable. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the essential amenities, was just what we needed. One of the standout features of this home is its prime location. Just a short stroll away, we discovered local restaurants and a charming downtown area that exudes the rich personality of small-town America. Really pleasant stay there. It was no nice to see so many people pay it forward in the form of a cold beverage. I got there during a heatwave and so after opening the windows the place cooled off really well. Bed downstairs was really comfy - saw deer and moose while I was there - overall great stay.

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. Loved having dinner in the enclosed porch and the view of the water from the top porch. Was pretty much as comfy as can be. There’s also a cute bar for the locals right around the corner.

the stay was perfect. the kids loved the pool, we made smores using the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub, and all in all had a terrific time. it is in such a beautiful area!

I will miss waking up every morning to the beautiful view and sound of wildlife while on the balcony! I will one hundred percent be coming back! The house was well maintained and had all basic needs (coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels) as well as bonus items you might have forgotten at home (tooth brush/ tooth paste, makeup wipes and even laundry detergent for washer) The beds were comfortable and the backyard was so cute and decorative. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay here.  Great location.  Walkable to the super cute downtown square where you'll find lots of dining and shops.  Also near walking trails and the Blue Hole Swimming Area.  Very quiet area.  Super clean and you'll have everything you need amenity wise.  AC kept the house nice and cool.  Nights were dark with blinds pulled shut which is important to me.  We will be bath for sure.

This is a modern, cute (very West Elm) place conveniently located off the Georgetown square. The location is perfect, as it’s within walking distance of the square’s restaurants and coffee shops. It’s not huge, but it was just the right size for my son and me for a quick overnight stay. All of the windows have black out shades, so it’s good for sleeping if you need to block the bright TX sun. It was very clean and reasonably priced. Heads up that the beds are VERY firm! The kitchen could use a few more supplies (a frying pan, a pot, etc). If you’re planning a longer stay and want to cook, you should bring your own or ask if the hosts can provide. The hosts were very communicative and answered my questions promptly.

Loved this quiet, clean, and comfortable space for a week. The pictures are exactly what you get, but important to note is that the bed is very comfortable which made my stay more enjoyable.

We cooked in both nights, they had everything we needed, including all kinds of spices and cooking oil. Felt open and spacious. We can’t wait to go back!

The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated very cute and simple. It has all the amenities we needed. The location was also great as we were there for a visit to Southwestern University. We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was perfect for our trip. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and trails. We loved the outdoor space since our weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend Billy's place to anyone going to Winter Park!

Nice house which is walkable to Main Street Georgetown.  We enjoyed several restaurants, market days, live music and a performance at the Palace Theater. There are also several wineries and breweries close by.  It was nice to relax at the house in the evenings.  The kitchen is well stocked and if you need something there is an Aldi and HEB close by.  Great value for what is provided.

Absolutely gorgeous!  More than what we imagined and it was amazing!  If you’re looking for seclusion and a great way to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place. Home was immaculate, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen fully equipped, basically everything you need to feel at home.  Beautiful outdoor porch overlooking amazing landscapes. Extra bonus seeing wildlife and hiking around the property.  Very close to Evergreen, which is an adorable town. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Airyn’s place.  Thank you for everything!!

This home was beautiful! if you were looking for the peace in the mountains, but still would like to be 10 to 15 minutes to a charming little town this is the place for you!  this has been the most stocked Airbnb we have stayed in as well as so many little details that make you feel like you are at home!
