The space
Come on in to this charming cottage, built in 2001 and nestled in the heart of the Georgetown historic district. This inviting home is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for a cozy and well-appointed retreat. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the space offers a seamless blend of modern amenities and thoughtful details.
Step inside to discover two spacious bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The primary suite serves as a private oasis, featuring a king bed, a comfortable leather reading chair, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. French doors from the suite open onto a private back deck, providing the perfect spot for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed, ample closet space, and essentials like an iron, ironing board, and steamer. A convenient half-bath is located in the hallway for easy access.
The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, creating an airy and open atmosphere. My friend and I took a quick overnight stay in Georgetown. This house was perfect; only a few blocks from the square, was extremely clean and suited our needs perfectly. Communication was prompt and easy to follow. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks for a great experience. Chelsea

Beautiful home! The beds and linens were very cozy and we all slept great! It was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Such an easy walk to the square for dining and shopping! There’s also a playground right across the street and our kids had a blast! We loved the record player and porch swing! Will definitely stay again! This house was wonderful! It was clean and exactly as pictured. It was super convenient to get to and had great restaurants within walking distance! Would stay again 😊 It was a wonderful place to stay to visit with family before Christmas. Close to downtown Georgetown which was absolutely beautiful as described!! Can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you for a wonderful time.
