A fantastic experience from start to finish. The home was well-maintained, thoughtfully furnished, and located in a convenient area. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend and one of the Best Air Bnbs I have stayed at! Our stay was disappointing, especially given the high cost. Many advertised amenities didn’t work: fire pits, surround sound, fireplace, blinds in the primary bedroom and bathroom, and no primary bedroom door left no privacy. Every time we wanted to use the hot tub, we had to notify the host and schedule it—they control all amenities. The sauna is listed a couple times in the listing but we were told it wasn’t part of the stay and weren’t given controls to use it. There were no clear instructions for lights or other features. Three hosts caused miscommunication, with contradictory information. Additional costs were requested to heat the pool and hot tub. The lack of organization and nonfunctional amenities made the stay fall short of expectations. I reached out before leaving this review but received no response. Future guests should be aware, and the listing needs updating. We had a wonderful stay — the house was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location and neighborhood were fantastic, and our host was responsive and pleasant to communicate with.<br/>A few features of the home weren’t functioning during our visit and couldn’t be addressed before our departure, but we appreciated the host’s efforts to assist. It would also be helpful to have a simple guide for the smart features throughout the house, as well as a note in the listing mentioning that the master bedroom doesn’t have a door and that the hot tub has a six-hour daily heating limit.<br/>Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would gladly consider staying again once a few of these small details are improved. The design of this house was extremely well built and thought out. Will definitely go back !
