Transcendent with all the luxuries. Probably hands down one of the coolest options for staying near downtown. Beautiful home! The only thing I would mention is that the driveway up to the home is not paved, so if you’re in a low car you will have to street park. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so that wasn’t a problem for us. Would stay again! R

I will start by the positive points:<br/>- house and view are beautiful as the pictures<br/>- location is good, safe, near restaurants, shopping<br/>- no blender, wine opener and lemon squeezer and those were bought by the host and delivered at the door <br/>The negative points:<br/>- there is a lack of nice serving bowls, side dishes trays, wine glasses, etc. it was Thanksgiving and we ended up serving food out of the pan. I love to cook and serve food nicely presented!<br/>- the outdoor was not very clean, I understand some dust is ok but the fire pit was dirty, with marks of cups, the grill area as well, the sofa had marks of dirty (I’ve placed some swimming pool towels to seat) so I had to clean myself before we use that area. It was cold and the fire pit was broken so we could not use it. Sofa inside with marks of dirty too<br/>- there is a sauna, but also not available.<br/>- master bedroom has no door/no privacy<br/>- you depend 100% of them, even to heat/cool the house.<br/>- paid $100 to heat the pool but only 75F
