The entire container, patio and pool are 100% yours and not shared with anyone. Feel free to roam the property, check out the water, etc..
Other things to note
***We have an onsite person that is there several days a week in case you need anything we can't do through messaging…depending on the day.
***This property is the beginning of so much more and we're continuously adding things to it. More container homes, a dock, domes, cowboy pools, fencing, etc... We're also putting in a natural pool and dock very soon. You may see me or some of my contractors out there. Feel free to say hello, but we won't bother you unless you want to come say hi! :)
***Given that it's being continually updated, there may/may not be construction equipment on the property but will not get in your way or prevent you from enjoying the property.
***Kayaks: We are working on a solution for these as we've had several guests not be able to find them, or the were left very dirty. Unfortunately we cannot go to the property after every check-out to ensure they are clean and put back where they're supposed to be...and the "honor system" isn't working. Please know that until this message is removed we cannot guarantee the condition the kayaks will be in, but will make every attempt to have them ready for you if you decide to use them.
