What a fantastic weekend in Austin! This spot is right in the heart of the sixth Street area, very walkable to all the major attraction points in that area. We felt very safe, the home was immaculate and beds are very comfortable. It easily slept five of us. We had no problem finding great spots for breakfast lunch dinner, and evening activities within a mile from the house. Highly recommend this spot , and our hosts were so accommodating and very responsive.

All i can say is WOW! The home and location are truly breathtaking. Coming from Texas, we were just in awe from the drive up and of course seeing this beautiful home and view. We really enjoyed ourselves. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy & peaceful getaway this is exactly what you’re looking for. I would also recommend stopping at Safeway in Idaho springs and cooking at home just because the drive up and down the mountain can be a little tiring, it’s about 25 mins up/down. Overall, we had the best time. Cannot recommend this home enough.

A hidden gem in East Austin right off of 2nd street. The home was beautiful and felt very private. Not only was there an outdoor jacuzzi but it was walking distance to a bunch of different coffee shops, eateries and more. Street parking right in front and everything was so clean. Definitely recommend!

New Beautiful Studio Apartment in the cozy neighborhood of Georgetown. We had a last minute family gathering and it was a great choice instead of a hotel. We booked late a night and we were able to check in without a problem. The host was available when we needed them and very friendly!

Great place to anchor down while visiting the Georgetown area. Far enough from traffic to avoid any constant noise while also being a short drive to downtown and other attractions. Lots of board games and books to keep the family entertained, full kitchen with supplies for any cooking needs, and comfortable beds to sleep at night. Our family of three felt enjoyed the entire stay and would book again if ever in the area.

The Rossi's - Teri, Carol, Ken and Kodi the dog October 5th-10th, 2026 We had an amazing stay in Pagosa Springs! Thank you, Airyn and Jared, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home was well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite. The top balcony was breathtaking for viewing the stars and ballons - only wish it had a couple of chairs to sit on. We saw deer daily out the back door. loved walking the dog around the quiet neighborhood and down to the lake. Had a great family trip enjoying the fall leaves. The grocery store and restaurants are all very close. Communication with the host was excellent. We'll be back!

The property was very clean and beautifully furnished !We rented it for a bridal bachelorette.  We were able to easily walk to everywhere in the Georgetown square.  The beds were very comfortable!We had some difficulty with the payment program but the hosts were very responsive and able to get the matter addressed before we checked in.I would stay here again!!!

We have stayed in several places in Georgetown, TX and this by far has been our favorite. We had family over a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom and closet are phenomenal!! We enjoyed the backyard area and so did Lily our dog.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Every was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I appreciate how peaceful the area was. Loved that they had great blackout curtains, but I wish they were on the doors too. Very bright in the am! Can't wait to visit again. We also had a resident fox we named Jack. No aggression and he came right up to us in the hot tub and when we were out front. Obviously used to people. (We didn't let him TOO close!) Gorgeous!

Being on the water right from the back door was the highlight of our stay! While secluded, Idaho Springs is a quick 20 minute drive full of restaurants and shops. The home was just as described, and the host was responsive. The location is peaceful and quiet, as well. Check-in and checkout were super easy. My husband and son especially enjoyed the geckos in the evening. 🙂

The property was welcoming to pets and the host was very easy to communicate with. It was conveniently located to downtown Georgetown and in a pleasant neighborhood. Everything was clean and well prepared. The only thing we didn’t like was how uncomfortable the bed was. The air conditioner was blowing right over the bed on the wall the bed was against and we couldn’t sleep well.

No house numbers on the house or fence as described Keypad entry was not the same as described Shower had bugs in it they wanted me to spray for them the next day Shower is very very small No bath mats they did deliver them next day A/C unit filter was filled with dust and is by the bed and rattles every time it kicks on and off at night, so it wakes you up They did offer me one night refund and I’m still waiting on the refund

We’re truly sorry your experience did not meet expectations. While no previous guests have reported check-in issues, we take all feedback seriously and will review our instructions for clarity. The code provided was correct, and when you had difficulty with the keypad, we promptly provided the spare key to ensure easy access. Regarding the insect concern, there was one beetle present, but no sign of a larger pest issue. We immediately offered to come treat the property, as we never expected you to handle that yourself. The listing clearly shows the home has a window AC unit. After inspection, we confirmed it was working properly, and the fan being set to “Auto” caused the cycling on and off. To improve guest comfort, we are already working toward installing central AC in the back house. Again, we sincerely apologize and offered either a refund for the remaining stay so you could relocate, or a refund for the first night if you chose to stay since that is when all of this took place.

Loved our weekend stay. Very comfortable and cozy! Convenient to The Square in Georgetown. Nice backyard for the dog. We had a great time.
