Description
Completely remodeled and professionally designed 2 bed 1 bath just 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely.
The space
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.
Guest access
Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy! Feel free to park on the driveway or the street.

We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom.View More

Just a few blocks from square for entertainment & eating. Also steps from a nice walking trail and parks. The host was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was clear from check-in to check-out, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The place was exactly as described, clean, and well maintained. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth experience overall. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.
