The space
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.
Guest access
Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy! Feel free to park on the driveway or the street.

We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom.View More

We had a wonderful weekend! The house was lovely, rooms comfortable and all of the amenities were as described and what we needed. Loved the proximity downtown Georgetown restaurants and shops, the river, walking trails and Southwestern University. Will return!
