We wanted a place to relax and get away for a few days and Billy’s place was perfect. The hot tub was so relaxing and the view was spectacular. I was able to walk around the neighborhood with very little traffic. Evergreen is the cutest mountain town and they had plenty to offer to eat and shop.

Nice and clean 2 Bedroom home with plenty of space to hang out in a quiet and private back alley residence.  Great location in East Austin.  Loved having the food truck court across the street for morning coffee and breakfast burritos.  Short Cybercab ride to all the attractions in town and airport.

I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Cute vibe, very clean, very comfortable bed and a slew of pillows…all different density so you can have exactly what you love. And not managed by a management company!!! So there aren’t twenty million hurdles to getting checked in or out. Human touches like coffee and treats from previous guests. Washer and dryer were fast and effective.  Great experience. I’ll be back. Easy walk downtown…15 minutes and adorable coffee shop with a wide variety of drinks even closer (pictured).

What an amazing property!  Not only was the home just the right amount of space for us, but the entire property is beautiful - lots of trees, right in the lake, and plenty of privacy. The private pool added to the relaxation we were after and needed. I would definitely rent here again!

I don't regularly take the time to do a deep review on the places I stay, but I felt I should not pass the opportunity this time. Long story short, you can't go wrong with this place. I've never seen such a high quality location to stay in. The price may be a bit higher vs the comparison locations, but at least in my opinion, it is worth the extra expense. Great home, super new, beatiful location, quite nice features that are not actually publish, and the host is simply amazing. If location-wise this is covering your needs, I'll suggest you don't wait and pull the trigger. You may regret it otherwise.

This Airbnb was perfect for our wedding weekend centered in East Austin. We were able to host small gatherings for friends and family throughout our stay as well as my bridal getting ready party downstairs and family portraits in the backyard. Airyn’s place was a great, peaceful location within close distance to Evergreen. We enjoyed the fresh air and drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings with the fantastic view. Completely remodeled and professionally designed 3 bed 2 bath...only 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely.

Our home features a full kitchen, living area with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful front and back yard.  The primary bedroom features a brand new ensuite bathroom. The back two bedrooms share a full bathroom and each have Smart TV's. Professionally designed and remodeled, everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality!
