The cute little house on VINE street was awesome.  Quiet neighborhood and extremely clean. Airyn was super Host!  It’s close to downtown. I had my service dog with me and neighborhood was safe took several walks. I will definitely rent again when I’m in the Georgetown area.

Great place. We chose to stay at this place with another friend couple who also had an infant. The house was very comfortable with lots of cool places to hangout, spacious rooms. Kitchen was well stocked where we could prepare meals. The host was also understanding of our situation and was flexible with our checkout times. The home and property were absolutely beautiful, everything was just as described. Larry, the maintenance manager that stays on the property, checked up on us and went above and beyond to get us everything we needed or weren’t able to find ourselves in the home! Just the sweetest! I would say the only thing that wasn’t the best was the sofa bed 😅 the bed is small, which is understandable since it is a tiny home and that was probably the best thing to get based on the layout of the home, but sleeping on that bed was extremely uncomfortable and we’d wake up sore the next day. I would suggest to those who have already booked or are planning to book to maybe bring a thick blanket to lay on the sofa bed or even a mattress topper. Blankets and pillows that were provided were clean and comfy.

Wonderful experience. Cozy Older Charming Home in Georgetown. Nice Area with many shops nearby. Quick last minute trip and I was able to check in right away. Beds were comfy and the living room was great for family visit. Jared was a great host and replied quickly.

This is a beautiful home. It is easy to tell the hosts take pride in the cleanliness and organization of their space. The pool was the perfect setting for my two boys to unwind after a busy summer. Everything from the pool, to the fire pit, to the sauna, the cold plunge, and of course the home were just perfect.  It’s perfectly placed, where you have the privacy you want while also being within walking distance from the liveliness of town square. We cannot wait to visit again.

Great location for what I needed and comfortable bed.  Airyn was very responsive and helpful.  I did notice dishes, silverware and pots were not very clean when I went to cook. That was unexpected as the rest of the place was clean and ready.  I also got a prompt reply with replacement for the missing scrubby/dish cloth and soap when I brought this up. Airyn's place was great.  Linen's were comfy, all the appliances worked great, and the smart door lock made it easy to get in and out.  Loved the stay.  The layout is very functional and great for a longer stay.  The back yard is large, comfy, and private.  We frequently stay in Denver and this is a spot that has made it on the short list.

We’ve stayed here for Baseball tournaments two years in a row, and we will look for it again next year! Great location to campus, coffee shop, brewery, pizza - all within walking distance. Absolutely gorgeous place nestled in the foothills southwest of Evergreen.  Place was well-equipped in the kitchen and bathroom.  Take note that there is no A/C, so it can get a little stuffy during the heat of the day during summer months.  But, opening all the windows allows the rooms to cool down just fine in the evenings. Communications with the host were fantastic.  This is a great romantic place to stay that’s away from it all.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we were expecting. As a chef, I especially appreciated the generous counter space in the kitchen, which made it easy to prep and work comfortably. The only thing worth noting is that the dining area is outdoors, so the bugs were pretty active. Thankfully I travel with bug spray, so it wasn't a big issue, just something future guests may want to be prepared for. That's nature, not a reflection on the property. Thank you again for making the check-in and check-out process so smooth and painless. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again the next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, cozy, and spacious. It immediately felt comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the Winter Park Jazz Festival, which made the entire weekend even more enjoyable. The building also felt very safe and secure and the garage parking was convenient. The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and great to communicate with before and during our stay. Absolutely flawless stay for the Winter Park Jazz Festival! This condo was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway. The location could not have been better. Getting to and from the festival at the Rendezvous Event Center was incredibly quick and hassle-free. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to unwind after a long day of dancing and great music. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and made check-in and check out a breeze. We are already talking about booking this exact spot again for next year's festival. Highest recommendation!

We celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here and had such a great stay! Airyn was super helpful with arranging the birthday decorations before we arrived. We spent most of our time by the pool—it was so peaceful just sitting there, looking at the lake and all the greenery. We also spotted several deer around the property, which was really nice. We didn’t get to use the grill or kayaks this time, but we’ll definitely try them on our next visit. The only small thing was that the futon bed felt a bit small for the two of us. A pull-out sofa would’ve been a little more comfortable. Other than that, we loved everything about this place and would definitely come back!

Great home next to the beach! The sauna and hot tub are fantastic and make for a great experience. There is slight road noise due t being close to HWY 101, but wasn’t an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. We have everything we needed to cook, make coffee, etc. We were able to check in early, and with two babies that was a game changer after a long morning of travel. It is a split level home and you can walk out to the backyard from the main level and lower level which was nice. The yard was well maintained and allowed for a great meeting spot for friends. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We flew in from Minnesota for our grandson's first birthday. This listing caught our attention immediately! We wanted to be in Georgetown and how wonderful to find this beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches. The luxurious furnishings(we noticed the high end brands!), gorgeous landscaping, wonderful pool and amazing pergola created the perfect setting for our family to gather.  We appreciated the excellent communication. We attempted to hang out in the other conversation area-the gas fire pit and roast marshmallows-it was lovely but just too hot this time of year. Did get our s'mores made though!  But again... another area to hang out! There is nothing I would have wanted to be different!  Quiet neighborhood. Not walking distance but a short drive to Old Downtown. The sauna and cold plunge were not working but someone was trying to get it fixed. Never did get to use.  Also, the pocket door to a bathroom was broken but a curtain was put up.  It will get fixed! We will be back!
