This was a last-minute booking, my son and his fiancé were having a baby shower so I decided to find something with a little bigger yard for them. I will start by saying my wife and I travel all over and we really enjoy nice accommodations when we do. This Home is put together so well, inside and out and is so comfortable my children asked if we could just buy it :-). Extremely nice, has everything you would need and then some. We were not expecting it The photos definitely do not do it justice. There’s no doubt if we for some reason we need to stay in the area again I would rent this home in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here in the past and it's our go to when we visit TX. Great setup,  clean,  no clutter. it had everything we need and Airyn is friendly and available when/if needed. She's attentive to what people may need or want so she plans ahead.

Right by the new HEB on S Congress, great walkable location. House is big, plenty of space for larger groups.  Lots of decks and a great enclosed deck for lounging. 1 small frying pan in the kitchen, if you plan on cooking more, grab some conduction pans from HEB, else, plenty of restaurants near by. All around easy process to check in and out.

Billy was a great host!  We really enjoyed our stay, the views are amazing and we saw moose 3 times a day.  It was just what our family needed to relax and unwind.  We enjoyed using the canoe, playing board games, and fishing!  We will be back!

I wish I had known about this place during the four years my daughter was in college! It has a great location, easy parking, and is impeccably clean. My family stayed here during UT’s May commencement, and I felt relaxed after each day’s activities. The beds are comfortable, and there are outlets everywhere, allowing us to lounge on our phones or take quick naps with the room-darkening shades. Well done!

Perfect for 3-4 people, nice outdoor patio, good recommendations for things within walking distance. Host was quick to answer questions. Rates were good considering it’s Austin and we were there at commencement time.

We stayed here for my daughter’s 13th birthday with three of her friends and had such a great experience. We actually live in Austin, but wanted a nearby getaway with a beautiful pool home to celebrate, and this ended up being the perfect spot. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the weather ended up being absolutely beautiful during our stay. The girls loved going to the pool, and the house had everything we needed — including extra towels and thoughtful little touches that made things easy and comfortable. The home was clean, modern, and had incredible views and sunsets. The pool area was clean and spacious, and we also enjoyed taking a nice walk nearby. The garage access made everything super convenient as well. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable birthday weekend.

Great place on LBJ.  Great place to hang out and teach the kids to fish, walking distance to the boat ramp took two minutes. Very comfortable layout with plenty of room for sleeping. Outstanding kitchen with everything that you might need for cooking anything.

This place is an absolute gem! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one truly set a new bar for what "fully stocked" and "high-end" really mean. The interior is stunning open, bright, and filled with top-tier amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it hard to want get out of bed in the morning. As a family traveler, the fact that they provided a full-sized crib, high chair, changing pad, and plenty of toys was massive. It made our stay so much more relaxing not having to haul the entire nursery with us. But the backyard? It is legitimately to die for. It feels like a private wellness retreat. Between the pool, the fire pit, and the multiple seating areas, it’s the perfect setup for both entertaining or just Zen-ing out. Having a full outdoor training space, private sauna, and cold plunge available was such a unique luxury. The location is also unbeatable. Being in downtown Georgetown, we were just minutes away from the square. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this little a-frame in the woods of Evergreen! So serene and peaceful and would absolutely come back for a mid-winter wonderland or a beautiful summer stay with close hiking trails available and easy access to Evergreen.

Honestly I love this Airbnb location. It’s not far away from Downtown Georgetown. If this location is available for when I come back to Austin Texas then this is the spot I’ll pick. Me and my family all stayed here and we were stunned by this location. The bathroom was super cleaned. The kitchen was amazing and the bedrooms matched just like in the picture.

Not our first time in Austin since our son attends college there - but definitely a favorite place. Local attractions were nearby, including the walking trails and lots of restaurant options. It was also a plus to have the extra things like detergent and toiletrees in bathrooms, that sometimes is a hit or miss. Place definately felt like a retreat - great location, and felt like upscale place with the careful decor.

My group and I went to a wedding in Georgetown and this house was the perfect stay! It was down the street from the wedding venue so the location sold us! The house itself was clean, cute, and spacious! It was also walkable to great restaurants and the town square!  It was a great stay!

There were 5 adult women in this house and we never felt crowded! It’s a very homey feel and well worth the $ for us to be near the square. Just a note there is quite a bit of road construction in the city of Georgetown. It’s a beautiful place though and we had a great time.

Great place to stay! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. Location was perfect for us, 20 minutes to Red Rocks and 20 minutes to downtown. Airyn was a great host, very responsive and was able to rectify issues on short notice.

Beautiful home, very modern and clean. We were a little worried about the location at first as we typically stay a little closer to the lake, however this might have been the best location yet. Very central to everything we do and a lot easier to get in and out of. The second floor balcony pff the master bedroom was worth every penny just itself. The trees and the birds and squirrels, I could have just stayed there all day and still had a great vacation. I was a little bummed that the creek behind the house wasn’t in the fishable section, but the dam and river were literally less than 5 minute drive straight down the street. It’s funny, every Airbnb I stay at I learn some little house secret or decorating trick. Here I learned I have been using the wrong laundry soap. The towels and sheets smelled fantastic! Definitely making a switch there :-) Host was also fantastic, responded quickly when we contacted them.

Wow. This place was amazing!!! We came up here with our family of five, ate at some incredible restaurants— highly recommend Mtn Prime— shopped local, used the hot tub daily, enjoyed the quiet, saw some wildlife, played board games,  and cooked in the cabin. The space
We thoughtfully designed the space  to deliver everything you need for a clean & comfortable 5-Star-Stay! The king and queen bedrooms each have a TV, dresser, and seating. A full bathroom is stocked with essentials. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and dining setup. Relax in the living room with a cozy couch and TV. A washer/dryer and dedicated workspace add extra convenience. Perfect for work or leisure...your home away from home!

It is in a good area, the house in itself was nice and great for the three of us. The steps getting up to the living area are trippy be sure to have a light on, hold on to the bat and watch your step. All in all a clean place smooth check-in and check-out with the smartlock
