Guest access
This is a single home with (2) rental units, an upper and lower. Mountain Haven is the upper unit. It is fully insulated from the lower unit with Structure 40 insulation for maximum noise reduction. You'll have your own private entry, private deck and yard.
A few FAQs:
- You'll receive check in instructions the on the morning of your arrival.
- Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible, based on our reservation and cleaning schedule - and there’s no extra charge.
- You’ll receive the simple check-out instructions the day before departure.
Our local property manager is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay!

Winter in the mountains is truly special, think crisp air, snowy views, and cozy evenings by the fire. To make the most of your stay, we recommend bringing an AWD or 4WD vehicle for easy access. Our team keeps the driveway, walkways, and deck plowed, salted, and sanded regularly, but please take it slow and enjoy the peaceful pace of mountain life, occasional icy spots are part of the charm up here!View More

Amazing place. Very clean and decorated nicely. We cooked a good meal and it had everything. Groceries, bars, restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing and Red Rocks close by. Hot tub was an added bonus after wading the Platte all day. Hope to come back! Perfect place to spend the weekend, visiting from Tennessee. The views were absolutely breathtaking and all the personal touches really made a difference, make you feel more than welcome! Deb was very responsive and communicative when needed. We enjoyed our time here, from intimate breakfasts with a view as well as the views out of each bedroom. We appreciated the natural products of Dr bronners soap, etc.This home has a lovely personality.<br/>The location is everything! Close to red rocks and we were even able to take a short drive to garden of the gods for a day of hiking.<br/>I hate to mention because overall 5⭐️ stay, but feel that it would be helpful for others to know that this is indeed not exactly an entire space home. This is the upper level of the home.Downstairs is a rental too but personally didn’t bother us hearing them. We were expecting a secluded, private home to ourselves, sort of in the middle of land, so were surprised to hear others in the home.<br/>Thanks for everything!
