Our stay at Airyn’s place was phenomenal. Beautiful, luxurious home in a peaceful spot with a breathing taking view. Being able to walk down to the river and explore was amazing. Our last night we got an amazing view of a thunderstorm in the distance from the patio and it was awesome. My family and I enjoyed every moment and would Forsure come back again!

Fantastic find! This house has so much character and charm.  The big fenced yard space is sprawling. These may have been the most comfortable beds of any BNB we’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully curated, extremely comfortable, right on the square.

Very cute spot, great for a quick couples getaway or home base after a night out on E 6th

We had a great stay at Cody’s place. The location was fantastic - close to everything we needed and in a really nice area. The King and double beds were very comfortable! All of the rooms connect to each other, which you couldn’t tell from pictures - the double beds and bunk room were connected between a Jack & Jill bathroom and then the king bedroom was connected to the bunk room. King bedroom had a bathroom that could also be accessed from the kitchen. We had 6 girls and it was cozy, but worked well for us. Privacy may be limited depending on what you’re looking for. The kitchen was minimally stocked, so if you’re cooking larger meals it may be challenging. The pool was the highlight and we loved sitting out back and enjoying the weather! The walkability to bars and restaurants was great & Lady Bird Lake was beautiful! Thank you for the hospitality in Austin!

We loved staying in this house. The beds are very comfortable the linens were ample and of very high quality. Pool and hot tub fabulous. Kitchen fully stocked. Great place to enjoy the Hill Country.

Absolutely loved our time at Airyn's in Evergreen. From the moment we turned down the driveway and saw the darling string lights we knew we had made a great choice. Loved the peaceful surroundings, the elk calling and grazing in the yard, the numerous hikes nearby, the fabulous and unexpected culinary delight at Evoke 1923 & sleeping literally underneath the stars. Bed was comfy, Starlink made the inevitable work calls a breeze, kitchen was a delight to cook in and the shower was warm and helped soothe our tired muscles. Thanks to Airyn her her super responsive team-this is a little slice of heaven and we hope to return later this year.

We came for a girls ski trip weekend and this was the perfect place! So cozy and even better than the photos, everyone in our group loved the place. Easy to cook meals at home and close enough to restaurants that we walked to pizza one night. Easy bus access for skiing!!

Place was beautiful but we don’t feel it was worth what we paid. They had a lot of rules i.e., no smoking anywhere on premises, checkout had to put stuff in washing machine and turn on. If handwashing dishes, no place to drain them.

This was the perfect spot for a little getaway. It was me and my infant so I wanted walkable restaurants + trails and this and both. My only complaint was that there were no blinds and the drapes were pretty see through so at night I felt people could see right through them to where the couch is located. Also the no blinds makes for great natural lighting however it’s pretty bright in the morning and even lights shining in at night so having an infant it didn’t make for a dark room. But no complaints about anything truly! That’s more just a personal opinion! Great hosts, super helpful, really responsive!

I stayed for two weeks, and I could have stayed longer! Airyn's place had everything one needs for a short or long stay and was spotless when I arrived. I loved being able to walk to the Boggy Creek Trail, as well as the food truck courtyard with Desnudo, Veracruz, The Marylander (and more)!

Fully stocked Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker & pods, high-end comfy sheets and bed, washer & dryer, and plenty of lounging space. We can't wait to host you! The space
The living, kitchen and dining rooms are very open and flow nicely to the back deck.  Bedrooms are both good sizes. Bedroom 1 has 1 king and features an ensuite full bath and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen, closet, and is a short walk down the hall to the 2nd full bathroom and washer and dryer closet. There is an air mattress (Queen) as well. The backyard has a fence separating it from the properties to the right and left.  You may see a guest at one of the neighboring units from time to time, but it's generally very private.

The entire house is accessible, there's a lockbox by the front door.

Other things to note
One of the oldest "neighborhoods" in Georgetown. The road is a little bumpy right now as they're planning to re-pave it.  This property has 3 houses on it but all are very private and separate.  This property is in the middle and has the best sunsets!
