Because of this, monitoring systems have been installed to detect violations. A MINIMUM $500 FINE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: • Smoking anywhere on the property • Unauthorized pets • Exceeding the approved guest count • Excessive noise These rules are strictly enforced to protect the property, neighbors, and future guests.
