Other things to note
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES<>STRICTLY ENFORCED
We have recently and unfortunately experienced repeated issues with smoking, excessive noise, unauthorized pets, and guest counts exceeding reservations.
Because of this, monitoring systems have been installed to detect violations.
A MINIMUM $500 FINE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Smoking anywhere on the property
• Unauthorized pets
• Exceeding the approved guest count
• Excessive noise
These rules are strictly enforced to protect the property, neighbors, and future guests.
The home is located in a forested mountain environment. Occasional insects or small bugs may appear despite thorough cleaning and pest control. Wildlife and natural elements are a normal part of mountain living.View More

Beautiful views and a really great spot. Had a really nice time! All good things! We had a blast! The little town had the best breakfast spots and we got to see wildlife from the back door some mornings it was beautiful! Beautiful view. Enough space for our family. No issues!
