Great location and the layout is good for a group. The mattresses are pretty worn and should be replaced. Dining room table chairs were also very uncomfortable. Barbara

The best cutest little Airbnb in Pagosa Springs. There was a grocery store about three minutes away. The ski slopes were about a 30 minute drive. The hot springs were about a 12 minute drive. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. We could have fit a few more very comfortably. The neighborhood is very save. We took many walks. This wonât be our last time visiting Pagosa and I will definitely be looking to see if this place is available when we do. Winston
