Private Pool and Hot Tub
The Pool is exclusively for this home and can be heated or chilled for an additional fee. Guests in the back units cannot access it. Enjoy a refreshing dip on hot days or a warm swim during cooler months. The hot tub is available year round.
Outdoor Space
Relax in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for group hangouts, morning coffee, or evening drinks after exploring East Austin. There is also a separate back house available for groups wanting additional space.
This home is ideal for SXSW trips, ACL weekends, UT football games, Moody Center concerts, weddings, and visits to COTA for Formula 1.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the home, fenced yard, hot tub, pool, and driveway. Keyless entry is provided for easy check in.
Other things to note
Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests on the property regarding noise. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No pets allowed please.

We offer an optional pool heating and/or chilling service with our new heater–chiller system.
This helps keep the pool more comfortable throughout the year, (actual temperatures vary depending on weather conditions).

We had a great stay at Cody’s place. The location was fantastic - close to everything we needed and in a really nice area. The King and double beds were very comfortable! All of the rooms connect to each other, which you couldn’t tell from pictures - the double beds and bunk room were connected between a Jack & Jill bathroom and then the king bedroom was connected to the bunk room. King bedroom had a bathroom that could also be accessed from the kitchen. We had 6 girls and it was cozy, but worked well for us. Privacy may be limited depending on what you’re looking for. The kitchen was minimally stocked, so if you’re cooking larger meals it may be challenging. The pool was the highlight and we loved sitting out back and enjoying the weather! The walkability to bars and restaurants was great & Lady Bird Lake was beautiful! Thank you for the hospitality in Austin! A great location for our girls’ trip- the pool was such a perk. We were out too late most nights to truly use the hot tub to its’ advantage, but it was so nice!! Marshall

Everything was great! Cody was in constant communication with me until check in. The pool and hottub were a good compliment to the place. It was a smaller place, but could still sleep 6 dudes comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The backyard is nice for hanging out. Only 2 notes, it needs more than 1 cookie sheet (for late night pizza rolls/frozen pizzas) and could possibly use a propane grill. Other than that, excellent! William

Cody was great! The house was well maintained and it provided everything that we needed for our day trip to Austin.
