Completely remodeled and professionally designed 2 bed 1 bath just 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. The space
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.
Guest access
Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy! Feel free to park on the driveway or the street.

would definitely stay here again, the location is great and the house is perfectly sized and super cute! thank you for having us Airyn! I love an Airbnb that is within walking distance of everything. I could walk to several restaurants, coffee shops & other stores within 10 minutes. The home size is perfect for two people and also comfortable for staying in to enjoy a night of watching the golden globes (which we did). I’ll def stay here again. We had a great stay! It was a 7 minute walk to the Georgetown square. The host was quick to answer any questions. Check in was seamless and checkout was just as easy.
